• If passengers decide not to board on their own decision and the Port Authority has not closed the pier (crossing), no refund will apply.

• If, upon arrival, the Port Authority closes the pier (crossing), only the tour portion will be refunded — the ferry ticket will not be refundable.

• Guests may reschedule the activity for another day if desired.
